Returns & Refunds Policy

Return Window

You may request a return within 7 days of your order being delivered. Items requested after this window cannot be returned, except where required by law or in cases of a manufacturing defect covered by the manufacturer's warranty.

Eligibility

How to Request a Return

  1. Go to Track Your Order and look up your order using your order number and email.
  2. If your order is eligible, you'll see a "Request a Return" button.
  3. Select the item(s), choose a reason, and submit your request.
  4. We'll review your request and email you with next steps (approval, rejection, or a request for more information).

Once your return is approved and received (if applicable), we process refunds as follows:
